All appointments are delivered online via Zoom or phone. Documents and written information are securely shared via Zoom and email.

PAYMENT PLANS
Your health is important to me. I understand financial constraints can make prioritising your health difficult. If you feel that payment would be more manageable as a payment plan please email me and we can arrange direct debit for smaller amounts on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I spend significant time researching prior to each appointment to ensure I can deliver the best service and advice possible. To reflect this, I maintain a strict cancellation policy. 24 hours noticed is required for cancellations or 50% of the fee is payable.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
Private health insurance rebates for naturopathic consultations are currently not available. This may change in the future.
